The Medical Assistant (MA) Fellowship at Propel America is a Tuition-Free 30 week academic and clinical training program that includes a 24 week academic experience followed by a 6 week clinical externship. Fellows will be enrolled online at Accelerate U at National Louis University (NLU). Fellows will receive support from Propel in the form of 1:1 Coaching, Professional Development Training, and Job Search Support!

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Fellowship at Propel America will give you access to the field of applied behavior analysis where you will be able to help people who live with disabilities. As an RBT Fellow you will be conditionally hired by one of our employer partners, enroll in RBT courses, and start working as a part-time behavior technician very quickly! This is a Tuition-Free course! Fellows will receive support from Propel in the form of 1:1 Coaching, Professional Development Training, and Job Search Support!

In partnership with Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC), Propel offers a Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) Fellowship. This is a Tuition-Free one Semester academic and clinical training program. The two courses required for completion of the program will take place at BRCC’s downtown Baton Rouge campus.While participating in the academic and clinical training Fellows will receive support from Propel in the form of 1:1 Coaching, Professional Development Training, and Job Search Support!
