The Propel America Training Experience

Propel America fellow Klarissa was ready to think about what life looks like after high school graduation. She was making enough money to cover family expenses as a parent of young children, but Klarissa wanted a career where she could gain skills that would translate into a long-term career without taking on debt to get there.

Propel America’s Medical Assistant pathway was one of several options she considered to invest her time with the intention of increasing her earning potential and ultimately the one she felt would best set her up for success.

Propel America provided coaching and answered questions every step of the way, helping Klarissa juggle a lot behind the scenes. This meant that she didn’t have to navigate the application process and first days of training on her own. She had a coach and a team of peers to help her complete the program with confidence and support.
