This medical assistant program is almost entirely online and asynchronous. This means that as a student, you’ll be responsible for deciding when you complete assignments. We’ll discuss this and other aspects of the program during our first conversation! You can sign up for a call with a member of our admission team here.

Prior to starting on-site externship, you’ll need to complete requirements for health and safety required by your employer.

You will need to provide proof of high school graduation and/or GED completion in order to move forward with the application process.

You can upload your Proof of High School completion here. For proof of graduation, you can upload an image of your high school diploma or an image of a high school transcript with the date of graduation. With either of these options, be sure that date of graduation, your name, and your high school’s name are all clearly visible.

Please submit a photo of your signed high school diploma. If you don't have this you can send us a photo or copy of your transcript. These items must include an official signature. For proof of GED, we need a photo or screenshot of your high school equivalency transcript.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) allows us to bring our programming to you at no cost. You will need to complete this form to receive financial aid. Review this resource to learn more about Federal Student Aid and the FAFSA process.
