Nathaniel Cooke is Propel’s Partnerships and Recruitment Manager, Newark. He has been deeply involved in the community of Essex County since he graduated from college. Through the science of recruitment and marketing, Nathaniel has been able to bridge the gap between community and outreach. Over the past ten years, he has consulted and worked for brands such as the NBA, Big 12, NJ.com, Lids, and The Partnership for Maternal Health.

At The Partnership for Maternal Health, Nathaniel was pivotal in accelerating and expanding the Fellas Fatherhood program in Essex County. Through Nathaniel's leadership, the program became a mainstay in the community, assisting over 300 fathers with employment, housing, educational certifications, and record expungement. 

Nathaniel understands service, community, and people. Outreach and service are pillars of building strong communities and resources. Through strong resources and communities, he believes, we can break any barriers to success. 

Nathaniel holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Kean University. He is also an alumni of the Sports Essentials Certification Program at Columbia University.
