Propel America fellow Klarissa was ready to think about what life looks like after high school graduation. She was making enough money to cover her family’s expenses as a parent of young children, but Klarissa wanted a future job where she could gain skills that would translate into a long-term career without taking on debt to get there.

Propel provided coaching and answered questions every step of the way, knowing Klarissa was juggling a lot. Propel’s support meant she didn’t have to navigate the application process and first days of learning alone. She completed the program with confidence and is now a medical assistant with her eyes on becoming a nurse.
