Kelly Boucher Morris is Propel America's VP of Client Services, where she shapes Propel's employer and training partner strategy and engagement work. She previously held the role of Chief Student Services Officer at Relay Graduate School of Education, leading the development of services, systems, and policies critical to providing excellent service and support to students. Kelly also held the role of Managing Director, National Operations at Relay, managing campus operations, guiding student recruitment and partnership strategy, and supporting new campus launches.

Before joining Relay, Kelly worked as a manager in the Office of School Turnaround at District of Columbia Public Schools. She also served as a special education teacher for the NYC Department of Education, entering the profession through the NYC Teaching Fellows program.

Kelly received her B.A. from Smith College, an M.S. in Secondary Education for Students with Disabilities from Brooklyn College, and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
