Julia Horn is Senior Director of Sourcing & Growth Strategy at Propel America. She has worked in youth programming and workforce development for 10 years, and got her start in Camden, N.J. running outdoor education programs in a small high school.

Before joining Propel, Julia worked in a variety of cities building programs and pathways for opportunity youth, including at the Philadelphia Youth Network and YouthBuild.

She chose to join Propel because she believes young people deserve better options as they start their careers.

Julia holds a B.S. in Natural Resources Planning from the University of Vermont and an M.Ed. in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership, with a concentration in Diversity & Equity, from the University of Illinois.
