Joe Tollefson serves as Propel America’s Senior Director of Client Services, working to ensure that Propel and our amazing employer partners are collaborating effectively and achieving successful outcomes.

Joe joined the Propel team after spending over a decade growing the Genesys Works workforce development program in Chicago. After many years working directly with youth, Joe led at Genesys Works as Program Director and Director of Corporate Partnerships, training, placing, and supporting BIPOC youth in paid, year-long corporate internships at Fortune 1000 companies.

After spending 15 years in Chicago, Joe now enjoys chasing his young daughter around their new home in Michigan, along with being very passionate about plants, soccer, and being a serial hobbyist.
