Dee Williams is the Junior Product Developer at Propel America. She previously worked as a research analyst at a nonprofit dedicated to evaluating and enhancing mediation programs and other alternative dispute resolution systems in court systems nationwide, and is deeply interested in the role technology can serve in creating and expanding opportunities for people of low-income and marginalized backgrounds.

Dee earned her BS in Cognitive Science from Brown University and her MS in Experience Design from Northeastern University. She is a lifelong New Englander, lives in Boston with her husband and two cats, and spends much of her free time powerlifting, doing puzzle hunts, and playing tabletop roleplaying games.
