Brittany Olootu is Propel’s Hire Ready Coach, helping our Fellows develop their employability skills to complete our program, earn certification, and get hired by our employer partners.

Brittany comes to Propel from KIPP DC Public Schools, where she was a Core Content Specialist and Digital Learning Creator.

A graduate of University of Houston, she has spent the last 8 years in education working with students.
